The staff were attentive and provided excellent services. I really enjoyed my stay in the nicely furnished double room that offered stunning views. the room included a comfortable sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card for convenience.

Location: the hotel was very close to an awe-inspiring sites, nice hiking trails and lakes, Nice indoor/outdoor pool, SPA, garage and restaurants. The service was OUTSTANDING and the pool was heated. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive - we will be back.

Excellent hotel, it has exceptional service, stunning location in San Candido on the sunny south slope of the mountains. The rooms are great and excellent and complete with a spectacular view of the mountains.

The hotel is a bit far from the town center, but there are shuttle busses available. the breakfast buffet has great quality, and the restaurant staff is friendly and welcoming. the indoor/outdoor pool offers fantastic views of the nearby mountains and is a great place for relaxation in the afternoons.

The rooms lack air conditioning, which can make for a bit of an uncomfortable stay during hot summer months.

The views were stunning, spacious and well-equipped rooms, delicious food, friendly staff, excellent location, charger for electric cars.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Additionally, the location was perfect - just a short distance from some amazing restaurants in town.

Great location with stunning views of the mountains and nearby town. Convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions and ski slopes. the spa facilities are adequate with an outdoor hot pool being a great way to relax after a day out.

The food could have been better. the half-board dinner offerings were average and lacked variety.

Surrounded by stunning mountains, this hotel provides both excellent service and a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet is amazing, offering an abundance of delicious food. the staff was always very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The outdoor pool was also a highlight, with the added benefit of heating even in colder weather.

The hotel's location next to a busy road and railway means that noise can be an issue, especially at night. The rooms can also feel a bit cramped, with limited space to unpack and settle in.
